I have a 30-day return policy on all physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If there are any issues with your order, please contact me at email@example.com as soon as possible with a description and/or photos of the problem. I will then help you to resolve the issue as best as I can.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that digital downloads of PDF’s cannot be refunded or exchanged and online workshops cannot be refunded unless requested more than 48 hours ahead of the workshop date.
